By participating in Mintilla Tea and Herbs’ Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which serve as a legally binding agreement between you and Mintilla Tea and Herbs. The purpose of this program is to promote Mintilla Tea and Herbs’ products through various marketing channels, and in return, you can earn a commission on referred sales.To be eligible for the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Mintilla Tea and Herbs reserves the right to reject or terminate your participation in the program for any reason at our sole discretion. As an affiliate, you will be responsible for promoting Mintilla Tea and Herbs’ products through approved marketing materials provided by us. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate and payment terms will be specified upon acceptance into the program. Commissions are paid on a regular basis and are subject to adjustments for returns or order cancellations. Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of Mintilla Tea and Herbs or violate any laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using misleading marketing techniques, spamming, infringing on intellectual property rights, or operating websites with objectionable content. Mintilla Tea and Herbs reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. This termination may result in the forfeiture of any pending or unpaid commissions. Mintilla Tea and Herbs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, commission rates, and any other aspects of the Affiliate Program at any time. Notice of such modifications will be provided via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard. As an affiliate, you may gain access to confidential information about Mintilla Tea and Herbs, its products, or customers. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
