What is a loose leaf tea?
Loose leaf tea is any tea that is not packaged in a teabag. It is composed of whole or broken tea leaves, buds, and occasionally stems, which are steeped in water to extract their flavors and aroma.
What Are The Benefits Of Loose Leaf Tea?
All teas provide some level of antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients and have anti-bacterial properties.
- Black Tea: Great for digestion, heart health, energy, and immunity.
- Green Tea: Memory, dental health, cancer prevention, metabolism.
- Oolong Tea: Diabetes, inflammation, weight loss, brain health.
- White Tea: Cholesterol, reproductive health, weight loss, brain health.

What types of teas do you offer?
We offer a wide range of loose leaf teas, including black, green, oolong, white, and herbal teas, as well as blends and seasonal favorites. We also offer tea accessories and brewing tools, such as teapots, mugs, infusers, and filters.
What does it mean if the ingredients contains "natural fruit flavoring"?
Natural flavor or natural flavoring is the flavoring constituents derived from plant materials, such as essential oils, oleoresins, protein hydrolysates, distillates, or other products of enzymolysis. Natural flavors include the natural essence or extractives from spices, fruits, or fruit juices.
How should I store my teas?
To keep your loose leaf tea fresh and flavorful, store it in a cool, dark, and airtight container, away from moisture, heat, and light. Avoid storing tea in plastic containers, as they can leach chemicals and affect the taste. Instead, use glass, ceramic, or metal containers with tight lids. It is recommended to consume loose leaf tea within 6-12 months of purchase, as it can lose flavor and potency over time.
How do I brew loose leaf tea?
Brewing loose leaf tea is relatively simple.
- Depending of the type of tea, bring water to the desired temperature
- black teas typically require boiling water
- green and white teas are best brewed with lower temperatures
- Measure the desired amount of tea leaves per cup and place them in a strainer, infuser, or teapot.
- Normally, 1tsp of loose leaf per 6-8oz of water, is the standard measurement. Although, you can add more or less depending of your strength preferences.
- Pour the hot water over the leaves and let it steep for the recommended time (approximately 3-6 minutes).
- Finally, remove the leaves and enjoy!

If you are paying by a prepaid gift card, please ensure you the amount of the gift card is greater than the total cost at checkout. Our checkout platform, does not accept spilt payments.
Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed. You must contact us immediately to see if it is possible to cancel your order.
If your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order.
In order to maintain our expedited services, your credit card is processed immediately and the order is submitted directly to fulfillment for packing and shipping. Please be sure that your order is correct before you complete checkout.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. We also offer local delivery and in-store pickup options.
