Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Customers in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories) can take advantage of our complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50. Our delivery partners, UPS, FedEx, and USPS, are available for both residential and commercial addresses.

​In-stock items need 1-3 business days to process, followed by 1-5 business days for shipping.

Out of stock items may take up to 3-8 weeks to restock them.

Express delivery orders with in-stock items placed before 12 p.m. CST will be processed within one business day.

We are currently not shipping outside of the United States.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Mintilla, we prioritize the quality of everything we sell and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, you may exchange or return any merchandise within 14 days of purchase provided that it is in its original packaging and condition.

​To qualify for returns or exchanges, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • the merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging

  • must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • you must also need to obtain the RMA (return merchandise authorization code) from our customer service department before initiating the return process.

To process a return or an exchange, please obtain a RMA from our customer service department and follow these steps:

  • repackage the item in its original packaging, along with it’s packing slip

  • include the original receipt,

  • display the RMA# to the outside of the shipping box

  • ship the merchandise to the provided address.
